The quote tool
The form for getting quotes captures gender, birth date, a self-assessment of health, tobacco use, the coverage amount you want and the number of years you're looking at. These get transmitted to the carriers' quoting system to run the numbers, and this website doesn't retain them. No personal details—name, address, phone, email—are gathered just to see the quotes. If you submit the exact same request over a short period, you might get a cached result instead of running the quote again.
Applying
When you move forward with an application, your responses prefill a secure application interface managed by the carriers' system, and you'll operate under their privacy policy from that point forward. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), oversees all application handling.
The contact form
The contact form requests your name, email address, and if you like, a phone number, your preferred way to hear back from us, what the message is about, and what you're asking. Email passes the message straight to the agency; we use your email to respond. The website itself doesn't file away messages, host a submissions database or keep message details on record. A quick validity check runs on your computer before sending to cut down on junk.
Measurement
This website measures traffic using server-side analytics that don't rely on cookies or identifiers stored on your device. Two octets of your IP get blanked before recording; referral page details are stripped away; we keep raw logs for 90 days then delete them. Visitors whose browsers signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are never recorded.
What we do not do
We don't purchase or exchange visitor data with anyone else, track your browsing with ads, or embed third-party measurement systems. The carriers' application platform appears on the application page only, and only loads if you visit it.
